NHS Criteria for invitation:  a cumulative GPA of 3.500 or higher after 2nd Quarter of the Junior year.  After invitation, the candidate will fill out a resume, a chart detailing volunteer community service activities with a minimum of 20 hours completed the summer before the freshman year to 2nd semester of Junior year, and an essay.  Scholarship, Leadership, Service and Character are the four standards that must be met for selection.  All are required for selection.

Supplies-  All classes need a binder, loose leaf paper, pencil, pen, red pen, sticky note pad, and 3 highlighters of different colors, and jumbo book covers.  World History requires colored pencils also.

I am Mrs. Bartley.  I teach World History, English 10, ACT Prep, and English 11 American Literature.  I am the Mohawk Academic Team and National Honor Society Advisor.

Bachelor of Arts with a double major in English and Art History, minor in Political Science from Bowling Green State University 
 
Masters in Education from The University of Findlay

My family includes my husband, Bill, two sons, Jacob and Daniel, and a golden retriever puppy, Callie.  We live in Republic in the Seneca East district.
 
I love sports, especially baseball!  I am a huge Ohio State and Cleveland Sports fan.  I love to read, do puzzles, and travel.
