My name is Mrs. McConnell. This is my 7th year teaching, my 3rd year at Mohawk! I have been teaching Gifted Education for 5 of those 7 years. I am originally from Attica, and graduated from Seneca East. I graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2008 with a degree in Middle Childhood Education (with specalizations in ELA and Science). In 2016, I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an empahsis in Gifted Education.

I currently live in Attica with my husband, Kyle, and our three kids. Colton is 8 years old, and he is a 2nd grade student at Seneca East. Brynlee is 4 years old; she attendes preschool here at Mohawk. Aubree is a year old and definitely keeps us on our toes! I grew up raising beef cattle and showing them at the Attica Fair.  We all still help my parents on their farm as much as we can!
